I wished to like this app. I preferred that I could retailer all of my automobiles, and when looking for parts it verified it might fit that particular automobile. I preferred I might buy forward of time and (supposedly) have the parts ready when I arrived. However, the workers have never seen the app, nor understood what to do with the barcode when it was introduced to them. What I expected to save time and simplify the method actually proved to be harder and time consuming. That prompted an eruption of anger. People blasting AutoZone for what happened and lots of calling for a boycott.
